Why don’t people who live in big mansions put out crazy Christmas lights? My girlfriend and I went driving around last night looking at the lights and I assumed if I drove to the richy-rich neighborhood, we’d see at least some decent, traditional lights. But we got nothing. A few houses put candles in the window, but that’s like adding craisins to a salad and calling it dessert.

As for today’s Lego item? It’s a confusing collection of bricks that may be crap or may be a masterpiece of future-art.
Today’s item is…
A Moisture Vaporator? Or a Robot Christmas Tree? Or Light Saber holder?
At first I thought it was just a dumb moisture vaporator – those antenna things we see at Luke’s farm on Tatooine.
That made all the guys show their angry faces.
But the shape looks like a robot Christmas tree, and I know sometimes the Lego company likes to toss us curve balls (and nude Santas), so I’m leaning towards this being a tree.
As a tree, I like it. It’s weird and pointy and has an antenna for a star. That’s some solid B+ work.
As a moisture vaporator, it’s a present no child or adult has ever asked for and it’s a solid D-.
So let’s say it’s a tree.
It’s a tree.
Luke tried to see what happens when he turned it upside down. Nothing happened.
Day 14 Rating: 3.5 out of 5 (Only if it’s a tree!)
