Three days. That’s all we have left. Three. After today, we’ve got two days. Then one. Then none. Then tears.
Will this calendar continue to impress during these final 72 hours?
Short answer: Of course.
Long answer, keep reading. Today’s item is…
A toy construction vehicle!
This was by far the hardest item of the calendar to build. It took three entire minutes to construct and I made several mistakes. It also came with a lot of extra peices. (Or maybe I just built it incorrectly.)
The truck is fantastic — everyone likes a toy truck that has an articulated arm — but one of the pieces of the robot arm is actually a Lego laser gun that is used to join the truck’s arm with the truck. And because Lego is an amazing, thoughtful company, they included an extra gun-piece.
Mickey, who despite his drinking is still an officer of the law, seized the extra gun while saying, “Booyah! Ya’ll under rest.”
He was showing off his new weapon and bragging about his “power canon.”
Then Donald, who has been drinking and least we forget is actually a criminal, took the truck’s arm and shouted, “Rabbit arm!” I think he meant “robot” but his drunk accent is open to interpretation.
Then there was a fight.
Donald won.
Then Super Snowman had to clean up all the extra pieces because he’s a neat-freak.
Day 22 Rating: 3.9 out of 5 (Points added for robot arm and the extra gun!)

See you tomorrow!
