The amount of Christmas shopping I’ve done is equal to the number of times I spelled “psychiatry” correctly on my first try. So this weekend is all about buying presents. Ideally, I would know what to buy, or at least make a list of who needs presents, but instead I’m just going to the areas of the world where stores exist and hopefully find the exact right presents for the exact right amount of people.
Wish me luck. Also, send me some coffee, because that would be delightful.
Speaking of delightful, today’s Lego Friends item is every flavor of cute.

It’s another sled! But what separates this sled from the other is the lattice-cut side rails.
I don’t know if I’m using “lattice-cut” correctly, but that’s what I’m calling the design. Even a grumpy Russell Crowe who just woke up would look at this and say, “OK. Yeah. That’s pretty cute, mate.”
I think the snowmobile train is complete, and I like what I see.
Of course, Baby Robot Snowgirl doesn’t fit in any of the cars, so she just has to watch while Annie-Ann, being a brat, over-dramatically screams, “Weee! This is fun! Too bad you can’t experience it, Baby!”
And then Baby Robot Snowgirl grabbed one of the skis and showed everyone that she’s awesome.
Annie-Ann didn’t like that, and while she had never expressed interest in using the skis before, was now crying, “I want to ski! Give me that ski! It’s mine! You have to share! You hafta!”
In response, Baby Robot Snowgirl shredded on her face.
Baby Robot Snowgirl is becoming my new favorite.
Day 15 Rating: 8.3 out of 10 (Points added for the lattice-cut.)
See you tomorrow!
