Yesterday was crazy. After sucking up a whole three hours of sleep, I took the bus into New York, had some incredible meetings, got lost, got sweaty on the subway, got cold on the street, took the bus home, and then live-blogged Die Hard.

There’s a very good chance my entire body will give up within the hour so I better make this quick.

It’s a…boxy thing!

The people at Lego are probably teasing me. There’s a really great item coming up. I just know it. And the item will be so grand that I will forget all about the lousy things this calendar burped out.

Right?

Because Boxy Thing kinda sucks.

If “Boxy Thing” is this year’s equivalent to last year’s “Naked Shower Santa” then reality is truly designed by an evil genius.

But I still have faith that the remaining days will be nothing but brilliant.

The Boxy Thing has skis, which means it goes with yesterdays snowmobile.

The end result is OK, but no one looked at yesterday’s cool snowmobile and said, “This thing needs a random Boxy Thing.”

The Winter Wraith uses the Boxy Thing to free Naked Shower Santa, because The Winter Wraith knows the truth.

Day 21 Rating: 2.0 out of 4 (Points deducted because it’s lamer than bread crust. Points added because the box is kind of fun, and bread crust isn’t that bad.)
