I was pretty harsh about yesterday’s item. I really like it. So after a restless night of sleep, I’m adjusting yesterday’s score to a 2.9 out of 5. I’m sorry.
We’ve seen three things from the Lego calendar thus far, and none of them are minifigures. That means today’s item is…
He’s adorable. I shall name him Frisco.
I’ve always wondered what a Jawa looks like under the hood. Let’s find out!!!
Oh.
Also, can anyone tell me what Orko from He-Man looks like without his hat and scarf? I’ve been dying to know since I was four years old.
Jawas are iconic Star Wars characters, and though we see them act as droid-stealing, pushy salesmen, I like to believe that there are many, many types of Jawas. We’ve seen the skeevy, criminal-minded sort, but on the other side of Tatooine there might be Jawas working as accountants and project managers and day care teachers. Instead of ragged robes, they wear tiny business suits.
Frisco works as an Amazon.com warehouse manager. He hates it, but it’s an honest living. He just broke up with his girlfriend, Theresa, and is nervous about spending the holiday season alone. He wrote a screenplay that’s basically a prequel to Eyes Wide Shut. He’s allergic to dairy and light saber blades.
Welcome home, Frisco!
Day 4 Rating: 3.3 out of 5 (Points added because he’s cute, and if you didn’t know it was a Jawa, he could look like a powerful warlock from another realm.)
