Are you curious to see what was in the Star Wars Lego Calendar this year? I went with the City calendar, and judging by the items I’ve gotten compared to those items in the Star Wars set, I made the right choice. Still, I highly recommend you check out the following videos made each day by folks with the Star Wars Lego Advent Calendar.

Today’s item in the City calendar will certainly be another prison wall. Right? RIGHT?
Make your predictions now and read below…
It’s a wall Christmas Tree!
What?
How did that happen? I checked the box three times to make sure I didn’t accidentally open the wrong day. No mistake was made. Day Six’s item is, indeed, the Christmas tree!
Well, well, well…
Didn’t expect this.
Don’t get me wrong, this tree is OK, but when a man opens a door looking for a wall and instead finds a tree, it takes a few moments to process. In my head, I had the blog already written. I was going to explain the importance of walls, and how walls help make the world a livable place. Now I need to write about the glory of Christmas trees.
I like this tree, but last year’s Lego Christmas tree was larger and came with a star/magic wand. I know times are tough, but the least they could have done this year was throw in a sword.
Officer Champ Gutpunch handcuffed The Walrus to the tree to help teach The Walrus about the true meaning of Christmas. I’m not sure it’ll work.
Day 6 Rating: 2.8 out of 4 (Points deducted because it had no star and was not a wall.)
The tree comes with only a few small “ornament” pieces. Luckily when I went to the Lego Store, I filled up the Pick-A-Brick cup with an unnecessary amount of what I called Blue Power Crystals, which I used to further decorate the tree. And now The Walrus is foolishly trying to hop over the wall of reality. That can’t be good.
See you tomorrow!
