"img_1501"I’ve received my year-end summary from GoodReads.com. I use Good Reads mostly to keep track of the books I’ve read in a year. In 2016, I’ve only read eight books, and one of those books was The Magician’s Nephew…which is for little kids.

I’m disappointed in myself.

Among my New Year’s Resolutions: Read at least one book a month.

It’s not much. I know many of you are crying tears of ridicule at my slow reading schedule. Some of you can read entire novels in a lunch break. I cannot.

But I can read a book every month. Right? Wish me luck! And if I can’t, I’ll just go back to this post and edit all this out next December.

On the 13th day of December, the calendar gave to me…

"img_1502"A bush.

"img_1504"This is the low point of the calendar, but let’s not whine about it. A bush isn’t as great as an evil bird or a cannon, but it does add a nice piece of set decoration to Femur Island. This might be the closest thing to a Christmas tree we get. The green is very green and the mound of sand is —

Who am I kidding? It sucks.

Even Hezzy hated it, so Robot Snowman tossed it into Skull Cave.

"img_1516"But…it came back.

"img_1509"What was once a simple bush has returned from Skull Cave as a Sea Monster!

"img_1515"Was this all part of Hezzy’s plan? Did he know what would happen if Robot Snowman tossed the bush into Skull Cave? Oh no!

Jonas and Robot Snowman must try to fight the evil creature before it devours Christmas.

"img_1510"Day 13 Rating: 1.3 as a bush. 3.62 as a Sea Monster.

See you tomorrow!
