\"\"<\/a>No Sausage Girl, but today\u2019s prize is better than the Toy Crane Truck<\/a>. However, more Lego Children better be inside this calendar, because right now, Sword Boy is a spoiled kid. <\/p>\n

He already has his own skateboard with ramp, robotic snowman, and a giant Toy Crane Truck. Plus, he was born with three swords! Either he\u2019s the luckiest kid in the world, or his parents are getting divorced and are trying to buy his affection with lavish Christmas presents. Today\u2019s prize is shown below. It rhymes with \u201cthumb mitt.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nIt\u2019s a drum kit! <\/p>\n

Like yesterday\u2019s Toy Crane Truck, the illustration is baffling at first. When assembled, it looks like a drum kit, although the chair has no legs, so you must sit on the floor to play the drums. Since Sword Boy\u2019s waist doesn\u2019t bend, he can\u2019t sit\u2026ever. Maybe that\u2019s why Sword Boy\u2019s ever-absent parents give him so many presents. <\/p>\n

Where are his parents, anyway? Perhaps they just can\u2019t deal with his \u201cwaist condition\u201d so they leave him alone to be raised by Robot Snowman as they travel around the world, sending him gifts out of guilt, along with postcards from Peru that read:<\/p>\n

To Our Darling Boy,<\/p>\n

Hope you\u2019re having fun all by yourself during Christmas. Peru is nice, but you wouldn\u2019t like it because you have to bend your waist quite a bit here. We\u2019ll be home in March\u2026maybe.<\/p>\n

Because he can\u2019t sit, if Sword Boy wants to play the drums, he must stand on the chair, which is silly. He could just stand on the ground and play the drums, but then what will you do with the chair? Robot Snowman doesn\u2019t want the chair because he was brought up to believe that chairs lead to laziness. (Robot Snowman is a hardworking brute who can\u2019t stand slackers.)<\/p>\n

Sword Boy better enjoy these gifts now, because as soon as another Lego Person pops out of the calendar, Sword Boy is going to learn the harsh, harsh truth about the joys of sharing. In the meantime, aren\u2019t his drum sticks gigantic?! They\u2019re nearly as tall as he is. You could play a real drum kit with these plastic staffs. <\/p>\n
