The Lego Friends Advent Calendar has spat out one figure and she’s wearing a winter sweater, so at least this set already feels Christmas-y. What will day 2 bring forth? Read on to find out!
It’s a Pink Snowmobile!
I’m happy with this. While a Pink Helicopter or a Mrs. Claus would have been preferred, at least a Pink Snowmobile is adventurous.
Part of me was worried that Day 2 would include a stereotypical girly item like a Lego hairdryer or Lego One Direction album. But a snowmobile is something that (in the proper hands) is dangerous!
It even comes with an extra piece! This is Nintendo’s first accessory, and I think she digs it. Despite being sold in a bright pink box, Nintendo is hardly a girly-girl. She craves adventure and treasure while her peers crave Twilight movies and cake pop machines.
Nintendo will use her snowmobile to defend the small town of Death Ice Sword Saber (that’s what I named this town). Death Ice Sword Saber (DISS) has only one resident so far, but that will soon change.
Yesterday on Facebook, I was asked if the Lego Friends pieces connect with the regular Lego pieces. Let’s find out…
The answer: Oh hell yes!
Day 2 Rating: 7.3 out of 10. Points added because it was happily not a Lego lipstick closet.
See you tomorrow!
