2011 Lego Advent Calendar: Day 11

Today almost got away from me. I was so busy making Christmas cards that I nearly forgot about the Lego Calendar. This isn’t to say the Lego Calendar is forgettable, but that my holiday greeting cards this year are labor intensive.

I make Christmas cards every year and send them to work colleagues and friends. I don’t send them to family members because then I’d probably have to explain the joke and they already think I’m…different.

Making the cards is one of my favorite traditions and I take pride in crafting the perfect card. Without giving too much away, my cards this year required the use of a small, controlled flame.

After Christmas, I’ll share some pictures of the cards with everyone.

On to today’s item!

It’s another wall!

Well, technically it’s a doorway. And even more technically it’s not a doorway at all because there is no door. So it’s just a way or a space-way.

I like it.

The prison is coming along quite nicely, even though an open window and large open space-way seem misplaced in a prison.

You could use your imagination and pretend there’s a door in the open space, but that would be a waste of your imagination muscle.

Instead, I recommend you place one of the holiday Lego presents on top of the open space and pretend it’s now a transporter of some kind.

Let’s activate it and see who or what pops out?

Oh. Hello, Dobby.

Day 11 Rating: 3.0 (Points added because the prison is becoming more and more epic and it teleports.)
